Connect nodes

Create a connection so one node can send data to another node.

Procedure

1. Find the source node.
2. Drag from its output port.
3. Move the pointer to a compatible input port.
4. Release the pointer.

The graph shows a connection between the two ports. The downstream result updates in the preview.

If the connection does not appear

1. Check that you started from an output port.
2. Check that the destination is an input port.
3. Try another compatible input port.
